Gratitude

Be grateful in your own hearts. That suffices. Thanksgiving has wings and flies to it's right destination.

Gratitude is the word that is ushered by many ensemble cast. In ancient days, it had great prominence. Now also it has prominence but has divulged into days of celebration. Mother's Day, Father's Day, brother's day and many more days have popped up as a result of fostering globalization. The collocation of gratitude can be read as thanksgiving, indebtedness. acknowledgement, credit and so on. Yet gratitude should be an everyday task. The young minds who grow into absolute leaders on future should be practised as thanksgiving every day. They should be allowed to thank that the God, the parents, the teachers, the maids who mould them by and large. The world is full of turbulations and the way to to reflect back to them is showing gratitude. 

'As we escape our gratitude, we must never forget that the height appreciation is not the utter words, but to live by them' - said John F Kennedy. 

To inculcate the gratitude in yourself and your community some activities like the ones listed  below could be practised.


1) Showcasing a tree pot with cut-outs hanging that that express the gratitude for the day. The hangings shall be colourful as hues depicts the heart feelings. 

2) Hot seat is a high chair in popular game shows. One who reaches the hot seat are sure of remunerations. So a ' Gratitude Hot seat’ shall be arranged in in working place or community. If you need to show your gratitude, you shall invite them to the seat which will be a shower of love for them. 

3) Taking a break of gratitude could be highly appreciated. A monotonous week of meetings or work can be adjourned with a gratitude breaks.  A letter of appreciation or notes or pep talk shall be entertained. 

4) Always bondings pay higher rewards. Involving into community based activities like cleaning up of parks,public used areas in the apartments or buildings with split works could be allocated.

The aforesaid activities in one way or other could help the community of people or galaxy of intellectuals in fostering the gratitude amongst them. Let me conclude it with the following quote of Buddha. 

'Let's raise up and be thankful, 
For if we did not learn a lot today, atleast we learned a little and if we did not learn a little, at least we didn't get sick and ig we got sick, at least we didn't die.  So let us all be thankful.
